enVigil Lite Facility Monitoring Software allows you to deploy a fully featured monitoring system in minutes. Supporting particle counting and environmental measurement of parameters such as temperature, humidity and differential pressure, enVigil Lite helps you maintain compliance with minimal effort. Offering a clear status overview with one click access to trends, concise alarm reports and data export to Microsoft Excel™, enVigil Lite delivers the information you need to maintain compliance without tedious configuration and documentation. An intuitive configuration wizard guides you through a few simple steps to define the locations being monitored and the regulatory classes being applied – enVigil Lite does the rest. Password protected operation and an automatic audit trail logging system make the system compliant with 21 CFR part 11 straight out of the box.
enVigil Lite offers the quickest and simplest configuration mechanism available. The configuration wizard offers a series of ‘tabs’ that map directly onto the hardware you are configuring. By supplying a few details on each tab and clicking the run button, you can be up and running in minutes.
One tab defines the particle counting locations to be monitored and the alarm limits to be applied. Pre-defined sets of limits such as ‘Grade A’ are available, or you can edit them to define your own.
Another tab defines the vacuum source for each particle counter, allowing enVigil Lite to automatically enable the vacuum as each counter is switched on and off.
Environmental inputs such as temperature, humidity or differential pressure are accommodated by another tab, using measurement styles to further speed up the configuration process. You can defines styles such as ‘Cold Room’ or ‘-80°C Freezer’ then apply them to inputs with a single click.
A final tab lets you define the location of any alarm beacons and the locations that contribute to their alarm state.
For the ultimate in system confidence you can use the optional watchdog facility. When fitted, the watchdog constantly monitors the health of the enVigil Lite processes on the PC and alerts staff on the external watchdog hardware if system integrity is compromised.
enVigil Lite is available in English, French and German languages and can be translated into other languages using run-time translation tables provided by the user. Any language that uses Western character sets can be supported.
